ANKARA - Mustafa Böyük, whose statement was taken as a victim within the scope of the Kobanê Case, wanted to join the case, demanding the compensation of the 846.45 TL damage he paid for the honey extractor.
The next hearing of the Kobané Case which was launched after the demonstrations carried out on October 6-8, 2014 during the ISIS's attacks on Kobanê against 108 people will begin on January 31.
The Ankara 22nd Heavy Penal Court delegation, which was specially assigned for the case, continues to take statements from all over Turkey in the capacity of complainant-victim. A statement that emerged among those whose statements were taken in the capacity of complainant-victim by the order of the court, once again showed how the file was prepared.
HONEY EXTRACTING MACHINE
Mustafa Böyük, whose statement was taken as a victim in the Kobanê Case in Antalya's Korkuteli Criminal Court of First Instance as part of the case, requested to join the case to recieve compensation for the honey extractor he paid for.
HE WANTS THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID WITH INTEREST
Stating that he ordered a honey extracting machine from the internet and he paid 846,45TL for it, Böyük told that he never recieved the machine even though he paid for it. Böyük explained that no matter how many times he called the seller Hasan Kaynak, he refused to send the machine he paid for. Böyük said: "I am complaining about the accused, I have a request to join the case. My loss is 846.45 TL, my loss has not been compensated yet. I want to my loss to be compensated with interest."
Hasan Kaynak, the person Böyük complains about is not in the indictment of the Kobané Case.
ÖNDER'S WORDS
Sending the statement taken from Böyük to the Kobanê Case reminded the reaction of İmralı Delegation Member Sırrı Süreyya Önder against the Meat and Milk Institution's involvement as a victim. Önder said, "Let me ask if the representative of the Meat and Milk Institution is there, brother, what did I do to you? Did I eat your meat or spill your milk?"
