NEWS CENTER - Citizens who depart from Istanbul and Ankara to attend the rally against the appointment of a trustee to Colemêrg Municipality said: "We are going to expel the trustee."

A rally will be held in the city tomorrow against the dismissal of Colemêrg Municipality Co-Mayor Mehmet Sıddık Akış and the appointment of a trustee. While the preparations for the rally to be held in the bus terminal area at the entrance of the city were continuing, many citizens from different cities depart to participate in the rally. Many citizens of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir moved towards Colemêrg by buses.

ISTANBUL

Citizens from Istanbul's Beyoğlu, Kadıköy and Yenibosna districts depart for Colemêrg. The crowd gathered in front of the DEM Party building in Beyoğlu district in the morning and depart with victory signs, chanting slogans such as "We will win by resisting", "Bijî berxwedana Colemêrgê (Long live resistance of Colemêrg)", "Colemêrg ya me ye (Colemêrg is ours)". Citizens gathered in Kadıköy and Yenibosna and boarded the buses, chanting the slogan "The trustees will leave, we will stay."

ANKARA

DEM Party provincial and district administrators and many citizens also depart in Ankara. DEM Party Ankara Provincial Co-Chair Fatin Kanat, who made a statement on behalf of the party executives and citizens who came together in front of Kurtuluş Park, said that the rally to be held tomorrow against will usurpation in Colemêrg is important and that they do not accept the dismissal and arrest of mayors on fabricated grounds. Kanat also called for Viyan Tekçe, who was elected as co-mayor by the Colemêrg Municipal Council, to continue her duty as the official mayor.

DEM Party Member Zeki Korkmaz said that, as Kurds exiled to Central Anatolia, they would go to join the rebellion of the people of Colamêrg and said: "Because there is unacceptable oppression there. This is a coup, an oppression. For this reason, we are going to stand against oppression with our own color, our own existence, our own culture and prayers."

DEM Party Mamak District Manager Güllü Polat invited everyone to Colemêrg against the appointment of trustees and called on them to raise their voice against the trustees.

IZMIR

Citizens gathered in front of the DEM Party Izmir Provincial Organization early in the morning to set out towards Colemêrg. Rehşan Anter, daughter of Musa Anter, who is among those who will go to Colemêrg, addressed the crowd and said: "We are also going for the sake of our lives in Hakkari. We are going to be with them. We are going to take Hakkari just like we took Wan. I think if we unite, we can get everything. I wish we didn't experience this. If we had gone to Hakkari under different conditions. I protest, curse those who made us experience this."

DEM Party Konak district manager Ruhtan Uluğ shared that they continue their actions against the trustees in Izmir and stated that they will go to Colemêrg today to not leave the people of Colemêrg alone. Uluğ pointed out that if the fight against the trustee is not continued, this will continue and called for public action and support in the fight against the trustee.
