NEWS CENTER - It has been learned that an investigation has been launched against the TTB Central Council President and other council members on the charge of "membership in a terrorist organisation" and a confidentiality order has been issued.

 

Fincancı who called for an investigation into Turkey's use of chemical weapons in Federated Kurdistan, was targeted by the AKP-MHP regime and arrested immediately. It was learned that a new investigation was launched against Fincancı with the same accusation into the same call.

 

INVESTIGATION AGAINST ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS

 

It was learned that the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation against Fincancı and all of the other TTB Council members on the charge of "membership in a terrorist organization".

 

CONFIDENTIALITY ORDER ON THE INVESTIGATION FILE

 

It was also reported that a confidentiality order was issued for the investigation file. Thus, Fincancı will be subjected to two different investigations for the same incident. It was also learned that both investigations were launched and run by the same prosecutor.
