According to the information received, the prisoners held in Hatay Type T Prison at noon yesterday rioted by burning the wards. While nearly 250 prisoners were trying to escape from the prison during the riot, the gendarmerie intervened by shooting at the group with a gun. Three of the 12 people who were injured and taken to the hospital died. The prisoners held in prison were transferred to other prisons.
