Attacks on girls' schools continue in Iran. In the city of Saqiz, Rojhilat, shopkeepers did not open their shutters in response to the attacks. Karo Pashabadi, who was poisoned in a chemical weapon attack on a school in Tehran, the capital of Iran in March, died yesterday in the hospital where she was treated. While the chemical attacks that started in Qom on November 30, 2022 spread to the whole country, it was stated that the number of students who lost their lives in chemical attacks in Iran is 7 so far.

 

In the city of Saqiz, chemical attacks were carried out on Meraj, Taleghani, Samiya, Meraj, Bint Al-Hadi Sadr, Esteghlal and Ismat Bakhsh Zarineh girls' schools. It is stated that 50 children affected by the chemical attacks in the city are being treated at the hospital, while the situation of 20 students is critical.
