WAN - Condemning the KDP administration's complicity with Turkey, citizens in Wan called for "stop betraying".

 

While Turkey's attacks on the Zap, Avaşîn and Metina regions in the Federated Kurdistan Region continue, there are frequent armed attacks against Kurdish politicians, journalists and intellectuals in city centres. Most recently, there was an armed attack on the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) Hewlêr Representative Office on September 18, and KNK Hewlêr Representative Deniz Cevdet Bülbün was murdered. In addition to Turkey, the KDP administration is also held responsible for these attacks. KDP, which does not hide its complicity with Turkey in the attacks on Zap, Avaşîn and Metina, neither makes a statement about the assassinations nor takes steps to find the perpetrators. Speaking about Turkey's attacks and the complicity of the KDP, citizens in Wan said that the Barzani family, which is the head of the KDP, betrayed the Kurds.

 

'KDP SHOULD STOP TO BETRAY KURDS '

 

Referring to the attacks in the Kurdistan region, Seyithan Acar said: “A war is being waged over Kurdish children in Rojava, Rojhilat, Başur and Bakur. Our friends in the dungeons and the Kurdish leaders are under great isolation. While all these atrocities are happening, Barzani's betrayal is unacceptable. Barzani should stop this betrayal against the Kurds as soon as possible. The war launched against the Kurds in Bashur (Federated Kurdistan Region) is being waged through Barzani. We do not accept this. "We say, 'Brother and sisters should not kill each other, that's enough."

 

Acar said: "If Barzani has a conscience, he will block the way of these invaders and will not turn a blind eye to the murder of Kurdish children in Kurdistan. Our children are losing their lives because of betrayal. Our pain is great. We hold funerals every day. Barzani should give up on this."
