ADANA – Two people who allegedly hung a poster of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan on a bridge in Adana were detained.
Custodies were made in the city regarding the hanging of a poster of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan on the Celal Bayar Bridge in Adana's Seyhan district on February 8. Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the police carried out simultaneous raids on some houses this morning. Two people, whose names were not known, were detained during the raids. Those detained were taken to the Provincial Police Department.
Adana Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger shared in his statement on X that 2 people were detained regarding the incident.
