A military operation was launched in the rural areas of Lower and Upper Tiloran villages of Colemêrg's (Hakkari) Gever (Yüksekova) district. Soldiers blockaded the villages by holding the roads leading to the Horê, Berê Sor and Warê Conî plateaus. There is helicopter activity in the area where hundreds of soldiers and guards are present. It was stated that there was Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) activity in the areas where Sipêrêz and Omerê mountains are located.

 

NAKED SEARCH OF SHEPHERDS AND CIVILIANS

 

Animals were removed from the plateaus. Berîvans were also prevented from going to the plateau. It was learned that the soldiers stripped the shepherds and a civilian on the plateau naked and searched them. It was reported that the villagers were also subjected to identity checks.
