AMED – One person was injured in an armed fight in Rezan district.
The argument between Mehmet Kaya and Şehmuz Kaya in the Muradiye neighborhood of Amed's(Diyarbakır) Rezan (Bağlar) district turned into an armed fight. Mehmet Kaya was injured in his abdomen during the attack from his opponent. Kaya was taken to the Gazi Yaşargil Education and Research Hospital by an ambulance called to the scene.
After the fight, many police officers and guards were sent to the scene. Citizens in the area reacted to the police by saying, “Where were you until now? Things are calming down and after than are you coming? Where are you when everyone is walking around with guns on their waists and selling drugs?”
It was learned that Kaya, who is being treated at the hospital, is in serious condition.
