NEWS CENTER - Another 130 Yazidi families staying in KDP's Êsya Camp returned to Shengal. 

 

In the Federated Kurdistan Region, the return of Yazidis staying in KDP-controlled camps to Shengal continues. Another 130 Yazidi families from the KDP's Êsya Camp in Dohuk returned to their lands in Shengal. These families resettled in the villages of Sîba Şêx Xidir, Sikêniyê and Girzerîk.     

 

According to the Sîba Şêx Xidir People's Assembly, more than a thousand families have returned to the Sîba Şêx Xidir region since 2020, where 32 families settled.
