The 247th issue of the weekly Kurdish daily Xwebûn was published with the headline “Peymana qirkirinê (Genocide Agreement)”. The headline drew attention to the “security agreement” signed between Ankara and Baghdad on August 15. The article covered the attacks against civilians, including journalists, after the agreement.  

 

The newspaper's front page drew attention to the anniversary of the September 12 military coup.  On the women's page of the newspaper, the struggle of women in the male-dominated system in the last thousand years was emphasized.
