The 241st issue of the weekly Kurdish newspaper Xwebûn was published with the headline "Çeteyên hevpar (Joint Gangs)". The newspaper's headline drew attention to Turkey's attacks on the Federated Kurdistan Region, the Kurdistan Democratic Party’s (KDP) cooperation and the paramilitary groups that were deployed to the region.

 

The newspaper's subheadline included an interview with Syrian Lawyers' Initiative Co-chair El Neyîmî regarding the physical freedom and ideas of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
