TÜİK’s claim: Annual inflation 61 percent

ANKARA - TÜİK claimed that the annual inflation is 61.78 percent. ENAG was announced inflation is 100.88 percent.

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) announced the inflation data for July. According to TÜİK, inflation in July was 3.23 percent compared to the previous month, 28.76 percent compared to December of the previous year, 61.78 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and 65.93 percent according to twelve-month averages.
 
ENAG: 100.88 PERCENT
 
According to the data of the Independent Inflation Research Group (ENAG), consumer prices increased by 5.91 percent in July compared to the previous month. Annual inflation was 100.88 percent.
