ANF: 3 TAF helicopters shot down in 3 days

NEWS CENTER - According to ANF, another helicopter was shot down in Zap at night. The number of helicopters shot down in 3 days increased to 3.
 
According to the Fırat News Agency (ANF), at around 23.50 on September 4, HPG members shot down a helicopter in the Amediye Resistance Area. In the news article, it was stated that a statement on the subject will be made in the upcoming hours. ANF stated that 2 Skorsky helicopters were shot down on September 2-3. Thus, the number of helicopters shot down in the last 3 days has increased to 3.
 
MINISTRY STATEMENT
 
The Ministry of Defense also claimed in a statement today that a Skorsky-type helicopter was "crushed as a result of an accident". In the statement, “On September 4, 2022, around 23.45, a Skorsky type helicopter had to make a hard landing in the Lock-Claw Operation region during the supply operation due to technical reasons, and it crashed. 7 of the 8 personnel on the helicopter were rescued. Their health is good. Search and Rescue activities continue for one of our personnel in the region.
