The Ezidi girl, who was kidnapped by ISIS to Turkey in 2017 and then "put up for sale" on the dark web, was rescued during an operation carried out at the ISIS cell house in Ankara in February 2021. It was revealed that the child, who was taken under the protection of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, was handed over to the ISIS family who "put her up for sale".
