Access to Instagram blocks in Turkey

NEWS CENTER - Access to the virtual media platform Instagram has been blocked in Turkey.
 
The Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK) has blocked access to Instagram as of August 2. It was stated from the BTK's site information query menu that a decision to block access to Instagram was made. No explanation was made as to why the access block was made and how long it will last.
 
Virtual media users in Turkey are having difficulty accessing Instagram due to the decision.
